This is utter self-indulgence and I must beg that the casual observer simply overlook it.

pre-serum:

today me and my #unicorns cast ourselves as members of the Avengers and then played some rounds of monopoly cards. In character.

1. Tony is a fucking beast at this game. And enjoys winning in the cruelest, most unnecessary manners imaginable, such as forcing everyone to pay him $8m only to conclude his turn by completing his last property set and therefore winning the goddamn game. Everyone tag-teams him, and he still beats everyone’s asses.
2. Natasha is the most competent and had to teach everyone else. Clint had a hard time grasping it because was chillaxing in his nest and got to the game late.
3. Steve either has really bad luck (think 12 action cards in a row without a single property or money card) or distressingly good luck. When the latter, he apologises every time he plays a rent card.
4. Bruce has the shittiest luck imaginable and everyone keeps inadvertently bullying him. He gets bankrupted at least twice per game. After a while people start getting antsy and also really thankful that he’s such a mild person.
